Dr. Lakshmi Ganesan

Dr. Lakshmi Ganesan is a Carnatic Vocal Musician, Harikatha expert, Music teacher, Poet & Composer.

She learnt music from her father and Guru, Late Kalaimamani, Sangeetha Bhooshanam, Pozhakudi P.V. Ganesa Iyer

She has given many concerts at Trichy All India Radio, Krishna Gana Sabha, Tiruvaiyaru Aradhanai & Tamil Isai Sangam.

She has taught and prepared several students for the Tamilnadu Government Technical examination for Music in  Lower and Higher grades.

In the year 1986, remembering the anniversary of Vedaranyam salt march event, Dr. Lakshmi composed and orchestrated songs on national integrity, and sang with her students which was presided by the Late President Shri. R. Venkatraman.
