Online Workshop In Haveli Sangeeth
Hindustani music is a classical performing art tradition in India, which has evolved with time. In the past, temples were the centre of performing arts. Music and dance were associated with every ritual of the temple and were considered an offering to the deity. This can be noticed in the Haveli Sangeet performances till date. Associated with the Vaishnav movement, it is traditionally sung in temples dedicated to the deity Krishna, including the Srinathji temple at Nathdwara in Rajasthan and the temple dedicated to Sri Govardhan Nath ji in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
