Thangka painting

Thangka painting is a traditional Himalayan Buddhist art form that combines spirituality, storytelling, and intricate craftsmanship. What's the age group for workshop?

Anyone above 8 years old, even adults/seniors are welcomed to  join the workshops! Whether you’re a beginner, an art enthusiast, or simply someone looking to explore your artistic side, these workshops are designed for all skill levels. No prior experience is required—just bring your creativity and curiosity!

What materials are required?

Yes, you will need to arrange your own  materials for the online workshop. Click Here for drawing material list for each workshop.

Will you provide recordings?

 We understand that sometimes you may not be able to attend a session. While we won’t be recording the classes, we have already taken this into consideration. The teacher will send a short tutorial video covering key concepts, and in the next session, they will provide a brief recap to help you catch up. This way, you won’t miss out on the learning experience and can continue seamlessly with the workshop.

How long is the workshop per day?

The duration of the workshop depends on whether you choose a weekday or weekend session. Weekday workshops run from Monday to Friday, with a 1-hour session each day from 11 AM to 12 PM IST, totalling 5 hours over 5 days. For those opting for weekend workshops, sessions are scheduled on Saturday from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM IST and Sunday from 10:30 AM to 1 PM IST, 2.5 hrs long session each day ensuring the same 5-hour total learning time.
