Bhaav – A Celebration of India’s Timeless Artistic Heritage
Bhaav – The Expressions Summit has grown into a grand celebration of creativity, consciousness, and community — a space where art meets meditation, and where artists from every corner of the world come together to rejoice in the spirit of expression. Rooted in the stillness of meditation and the vision of Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, Bhaav transcends barriers of age, background, and genre, welcoming the budding, the established, and the legendary alike.
A confluence of diverse art forms — from Kerala’s Theyyam to Gujarat’s Garba, from classical Kathak to avant-garde fusion — Bhaav celebrates India’s cultural mosaic while embracing global influences. Each edition has beautifully woven art with purpose, highlighting social causes such as education for underprivileged children, promotion of the specially abled artists, and representation for transgender artists, making the festival not just an artistic experience but a movement of compassion and consciousness.
Illuminated by the presence of revered dignitaries and cultural icons like Padma Vibhushan Sonal Mansingh, Padma Vibhushan Dr. Padma Subrahmanyam, Padmashri Hema Malini, Padmashri Manjama Jogathi, Padmashri Om Prakash Sharma, Rockline Venkatesh, Prajakta Mali, Prachee Shah Pandya, Jyothi D. Tommar, Sushant Divgikar, Bannage Suvarna and many others. Bhaav has also been graced by distinguished guests, including Hon. Cultural Ministers Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, G. Kishan Reddy, and Sumalatha Ambareesh, whose encouragement has strengthened its vision of art as service to society.
Culminating in Jhankriti — a breathtaking showcase of performances that unite all participants in one collective rhythm — Bhaav stands today as a beacon of joy and inclusion. It is more than a festival; it is a spiritual celebration of art, humanity, and the boundless power of expression.
